Instruction

1. Several times wash buckwheat seeds with flowing water. It can easily be made, having thrown out them in a colander with small holes or in a sieve. It is possible to touch buckwheat hands directly under water flow, but to do it it is necessary very accurately not to damage gentle germs.

2. Lay out the washed-out green buckwheat in in advance prepared capacity. It is better if it is a volume glass or porcelain bowl.

3. Fill in seeds with a clear water in the ratio 4 parts of water on 1 part of buckwheat. Proportions can change slightly depending on the capacity chosen by you. The baking plate is understood by a clear water the filtered water, flowing, thawed or infused on silver.

4. Leave buckwheat for 2-3 hours. Be attentive: seeds quickly bulk up, increasing in a size twice. If to leave them for longer time, then around seeds slime can appear. 6. Seeds already had to arise. Sprouts on average have to be 1-2 mm. Usually wait until sprouts reach length of 1-2 cm. For this purpose leave seeds for day or two. You watch that buckwheat didn't dry up. Germinated seeds of buckwheat use both as an independent dish, and as a part of various salads therefore choose length of sprouts according to the recipe.
