We will set as the alcohol dilution purpose water receiving drinking mix or, speaking generally, preparation of vodka. We will take as a basis that it is required to receive a product from 40%, or about that, alcohol content. In the well-known thesis Mendeleyev didn't investigate vodka. He defined that when mixing alcohol to water there is a reduction of total amount of mix, and calculated what part of the final product "disappears" at various ratios. It turned out that dependence this nonlinear and depends on what hydrates are formed at any given mixing. Therefore, mixing in any ratios will result in any result. The quality of the final product in many respects depends on quality of ingredients and as it was already mentioned, their ratios.

Instruction
1. Pure spirit of best quality is developed from grains and potatoes, Luxury and Extra – from specially selected grain grades. On extent of cleaning alcohol is divided on: The first grade of 96%; The Highest cleaning of 96.2%; Extra 96.5%; Luxury of 69.3%; Medical; Waterless. Water has to be absolutely transparent, colourless, without strangers of taste and a smell, with a minimum of the salts which are contained in it. The water taken for vodka is in addition purified, filtered and softened. Such water is called corrected. For improvement of gustatory qualities of vodka, at its structure there can be various ingredients: Honey; Citric acid; Sugar; Milk; Acetic acid. General principles are as follows: It is considered that "a gold proportion" it when two parts of alcohol mix up with three parts of water. It is desirable, to mix not volumes of alcohol and water, but their exact weight ratios. Water is added to alcohol. It is possible to pour in capacity in both liquids at the same time, but introduction of alcohol has to end earlier, than waters.
2. In the prepared capacity alcohol (1250 ml of 96% of alcohol) is poured;
3. We add 40 ml of 40% glucose;
4. Teaspoon of acetic essence;
5. We add the distilled water, bringing solution volume to 3 liters;
6. We leave the received solution to stand several days, and it is better - week - another.
7. Before the use to cool.
