How to do kissel

For preparation of kissel it is possible to use any fresh berries, fruits, juice, syrups, jam, jams. Kissel is cooked with addition of potato starch which gives to kissel transparency.

It is required to you

  • 5 liters of water;
    • apple;
    • 1 teaspoon of sugar;
    • 1 teaspoon of starch.

Instruction

1. Boil one liter of cold water in a pan.

2. Wash up apple in cold water.

3. Peel apple.

4. Cut it in half and remove a core.

5. Cut on small slices.

6. Put all slices of apple in the boiling water and you cook until ready.

7. When apple is absolutely soft, remove a pan from a plate.

8. Cast away all on a colander. Don't pour out water, it still is useful to us.

9. Wipe boiled slices through a sieve.

10. Again add ready apple puree to broth where they cooked.

11. Then there add one teaspoon sugar and bring to the boil.

12. Dissolve a starch teaspoon in 0.5 liter of cold water.

13. Adding starch to a pan, constantly stir slowly with a spoon, otherwise lumps are formed. Once again bring to the boil.

14. Cool ready kissel, pour in glasses. Enjoy your meal!
