    • tomatoes of 2 pieces;
    • salt;
    • For stewed squash with forcemeat:
    • squash of 800 g;
    • forcemeat of 400 g;
    • onions of 2 pieces;
    • garlic 2 cloves;
    • salt;

Instruction

1. Stewed squash which perfectly will approach as a garnish for meat and a bird are prepared quite simply, on their preparation only 20-25 minutes will leave. Prepare all ingredients. Wash up squash if its thin skin rough and thick, then clean a squash from it. Cut a squash in medium-sized cubes. Clean bulbs and small chop onions. Scald boiled water tomatoes, husk, small cut.
