3. Depending on in what dish you are going to use carrots, cut a root crop with various options: for borsch — cubes, for various soups — straws, for vegetable stew — roundels. 6. The carrots frozen in such a way can be stored in the fridge about 9 months in case you placed vegetables in a vacuum package, then term increases up to 14 months.

7. When using take a small portion of carrots from a package necessary to you and add to dishes. It is the best of all to use the frozen root crop when cooking, than in the raw.
