It is required to you

  • - form for roasting;
  • - blender;
  • - potatoes of 1 kg;
  • - mincemeat of 0.5 kg;
  • - onions of 1 piece;
  • - milk of 100 ml;
  • - egg of 1 piece;
  • - yolk of 1 piece;
  • - bread crumbs 2 tablespoons;
  • - vegetable oil 2 tablespoons;
  • - desi of 50 g;
  • - salt.

Instruction

1. We prepare a stuffing. On vegetable oil fry small cut onions till golden color. Then add mincemeat to ready onions, salt and you extinguish until ready, periodically stirring slowly. It is possible to add a little water that the stuffing didn't break up to forcemeat.

2. Peel potatoes and boil to full readiness. Shake up ready potatoes the blender with a small amount of water. Then pour in hot milk in the received weight and add a desi. Mix and add 1 crude egg. Repeatedly shake up mashed potatoes the blender.
