Peaches - incredibly tasty fruit. Many hostesses know that these fruits have the greatest number of useful substances during a season, however there are ways of their preparation thanks to which peaches are capable to keep in themselves a large amount of vitamins. Freezing - one of popular ways to keep fruits in the original form.
As it is correct to freeze peaches for the winter
First of all it is worth remembering that it is possible to freeze peaches only in a sealed container, for example, in special food containers or packages for freezing. As peaches - fruit incredibly gentle, use of other packings can lead to the fact that fruits will get ""frosty burns"" and at a defrosting will look not really appetizingly.
So, if you decided to freeze peaches, then first of all select ripe neporchenny fruit, accurately wash out them in cold water and dry that on them there were no water droplets. Cut fruits in half, remove stones, and cut halves on two-three parts. Put slices of peaches in a pan with water and lemon juice (on water liter - juice of a half of a lemon), leave them for a couple of minutes then cast away fruit on a colander or a sieve and let's flow down completely to water. It should be noted that this stage can and be passed, however in this case peaches during freezing will darken.
Further spread out segments of peaches in packages or containers in the small portions (so much how many the product will be required to you for preparation of one dish), let out the air from tanks and densely tie them or close. If you freeze a set of fruit and vegetables, then surely on each container / package paste the label with date of freezing of products, it will allow you to use viands before the termination of the recommended period of storage (for peaches this term - up to eight months).
