  • 2 kg of raspberry
  • 5 kg of granulated sugar (it is possible more or less – on taste)

  • Better for this recipe to take plastic containers for freezing. In a container to fill a raspberry layer, to fill up it with sugar. Again raspberry layer, sugar layer. Finish with a sugar layer.
  • Close containers and remove in the freezer.

The third way: the raspberry ground with sugar

Components:

  • 3 kg of berries of raspberry
  • 3 kg of sugar or to the taste

Preparation:

  • Any raspberry, except the damaged berry suits for this recipe. To wash it, to allow to flow down from it to water.
  • Then to pyurirovat in any convenient way: by means of the mixer, the blender, the meat grinder.
