Any mushrooms – the forest or grown-up in the artificial way champignons and oyster mushrooms, the frequent and welcome guest on our table. Even from their small amount it is possible to cook fragrant soup or to make a stuffing for pies and the baked bird. And it is even better – to fry mushrooms with cheese.

It is required to you

  • Mushrooms fresh – 0.5 kg,
    • Bulb average – 1 piece,
    • Cream or sour cream – 0.5 glasses,
    • Desi – 20 g,
    • Cheese of firm grades – 100 g,
    • Fresh fennel

Instruction

1. Wash out mushrooms and touch, cut off that part of legs which was in the earth. Cut them not really small and throw for 5-10 minutes into a pan with the boiling added some salt water. Cast away mushrooms on a colander and let's flow down well.
