In this case all bitterness will disappear, and fruits will develop a sweetish and pleasant taste. To keep berry, pour it granulated sugar. Take a guelder-rose, clean from garbage, dust and branches, carefully wash up berries, try not to damage and not to rumple them. Scatter berries on a dry towel and properly dry them. On 1 kilogram of berries you will need 700 grams of granulated sugar. Lay a guelder-rose in clean banks and pour each layer sugar. Sugar has to cover berries completely. Close to bank a polyethylene cover and put in the fridge. Such recipe will help you to keep miracle berry throughout all winter.

2. Touch berries from garbage, leaves and branches, carefully wash a baking plate with flowing water and dry on paper towels. Then spread out a clean and dry guelder-rose on plastic containers and remove in the freezer. In cold season from the prepared berry it is possible to make kissels, curative fruit drinks, to use as a stuffing for pies or for decoration of dishes. The frozen guelder-rose keeps in itself all vitamins and useful substances which are a part of fresh berries.

3. It is possible to keep a guelder-rose, having dried up berries. For drying it is recommended to collect the guelder-rose which isn't taken by a frost yet. Put berries in a colander and carefully wash up a baking plate cool flowing water. Wait that excess water flew down and lay out berries on paper towels. Berries have to dry completely and be slightly dried properly in the fresh air. Then shift a guelder-rose to a baking tray and dry up in an oven at a temperature of 60 wasps to a firm state. After drying peel berries from fruit stems and pour into a paper or linen bag. You store in the cool and dry place.
