Nettle – the first spring greens of which it is possible to make remarkable vitamin soup. And "the burning beauty" has enough useful substances in this really: 30 grams of a nettle contain a daily dose of carotene and vitamin C.

It is required to you

  • - 200 g is fresher than a nettle;
  • - 2 carrots;
  • - 1 bulb;
  • - bunch of parsley and fennel;
  • - 4 potatoes;
  • - 1 lemon;
  • - 1 liter of water;
  • - 50 g of sour cream;
  • - vegetable oil for roasting;
  • - salt and spices to taste.

Instruction

1. Pour water into a pan and put on fire. Peel potatoes, place it in a pan with water, salt to taste and you cook to a ready state. After it cooks, pull out it from a pan.

2. Mash the cooked potatoes by means of a masher. You don't hesitate with it, potato has to be hotter. Add sour cream to the turned-out puree and place mix in a pan with broth. Mix everything and put to cook on average fire. Instead of potato broth, krapivny soup can be cooked on chicken or meat soup.

3. Peel carrots and onions, cut them straws and fry till golden color in a frying pan with vegetable oil. Usually on it about four minutes are required. Add onions and carrot mix to a pan.

4. Carefully wash out a nettle and greens. Dry them and thinly chop. The nettle should be drenched with abrupt boiled water previously. Young and top unblown leaves of a nettle will be ideal for preparation of soup. They can be added safely with spinach, a sorrel, an orach or a goutweed.

5. Add the cut greens and a nettle to a pan. Squeeze out juice from a lemon, two teaspoons quite will be enough, and pour in it in soup. Pepper and salt a dish to taste. In a couple of minutes it can be removed from fire and to spill on plates. The tasty vitamin dish is ready! Serve krapivny sour cream soup or a yogurt. It is good as in hot, and cold. Soup can be decorated with a half of boiled egg. Enjoy your meal!
