Buckwheat cereal - undoubtedly useful dish, but its use purely quickly bothers. On the basis of grain it is possible to make a fast fast dinner. All charm of a dish is that the minimum of time and the used ware will be required.

The buckwheat cereal made according to this recipe will approach not only fasting, but also that who keeps a figure. This dish contains few calories therefore it can be used for fasting day.

It is required:

- a bulb - 1 piece;

- carrots - 1 piece;

- mushrooms - 200-300 g;

- salt - 1-3 h l;

 - sunflower oil;

- buckwheat - 1 glass.

Mushrooms can be taken any, champignons, oyster mushrooms or honey agarics are most often used. If the mushroom semi-finished product is used, we defreeze it at the room temperature. To save time, we take out mushrooms from the freezer in advance. So, mushrooms we cut randomly, large pieces, plates, cubes, the main thing, not too small.

We clean a bulb and small we crumble, we peel carrots and we rub on a large grater.

We pour into a frying pan 2-3 tablespoons water, and we warm a spoon of vegetable oil. We fry onions to transparency, then we add carrots and mushrooms, we extinguish 10-15 minutes a baking plate the closed cover.

While vegetables pine, we touch grain, we wash it several times with cold water and we pour out in a frying pan. We fill in frying pan contents with water, we add salt and a sprinkling pepper, we mix and we leave to be extinguished on moderate fire without cover. That porridge turned out friable, we pour water so much that its level on two fingers exceeded frying pan contents.
