1. This recipe requires almond meal, but if you don't have it, it is possible to grind kernels of nuts in the coffee grinder. Previously almonds need to be peeled. Fill in it with boiled water for one minute, then merge liquid and wet nuts in cold water. Usually it is enough that they were easily peeled. Otherwise repeat.
2. Husk with almonds and remove excess moisture with a napkin. Then lay baking paper a baking tray and finally dry nuts in an oven at a temperature no more than 100 degrees. You watch that they didn't darken, differently the taste will change.
3. Now it is possible to cool and grind almonds in the coffee grinder. Here too there are subtleties.
