It is required to you

  • - potatoes - 7 pieces - chicken fillet - 2-3 pieces - champignons - 200-300 g - onion - 1 piece - mayonnaise - 100 g - eggs - 2 pieces - a hard cheese - kefir - 200 g - green onions - vegetable oil - salt, pepper.

Instruction

1. Wash out champignons, small cut, chop onion. Warm a frying pan, oil it vegetable. Mix mushrooms and onions and roast within 10 min. periodically stirring slowly a little. Fry them to softness and formation of a golden shade.

2. Wash out chicken fillet, cut on pieces of 2 cm in size. Lay out them in separate capacity, add mayonnaise, salt, pepper. Leave to be pickled for 30 min. Wash out potatoes, clean and cut thin circles, with a diameter of 3 cm.
