  • Cheese ― 150-180 g;
  • Desi - 45 g;
  • Eggs ― 3 pieces;

  • Vodka – 75 g;

  • Sunflower oil.

Preparation:

  • First of all it is necessary to grate cheese. It is necessary to leave a desi at the room temperature that it was softened. For acceleration of process it can also be grated.
  • We start preparation of "test". In deep capacity mix the cheese prepared in advance and eggs. Then cow oil, black pepper and salt is added to the received weight. 
  • After cheese and egg mix is properly moved, it is necessary to pour very few flour into it. As a result rather sticky weight has to turn out. After that in the turned-out dough it is necessary to pour in vodka. It is applied here as baking powder.  
  • On consistence the turned-out dough has to remind that which is prepared on fritters. It shouldn't be too liquid or strongly dense. 
  • In case you don't think of some cheesecakes without cottage cheese, then it is possible to add it, previously having wiped through a sieve or having passed via the meat grinder. The amount of cottage cheese shouldn't exceed the fourth part from all mass of the test.
  • In a frying pan pour a little sunflower oil and put it on fire. After oil is heated, it is possible to start frying of cheesecakes, but before it fire should be reduced, it has to be an average. Dough gives all the best on a frying pan a tablespoon and it gives to cheesecakes the form of an oval or a circle which thickness no more than 5 millimeters. 
  • Wait until cheesecakes are reddened on the one hand, and accurately turn them. When also other party becomes ruddy, they can be removed from a frying pan.
  • Blot them with a paper towel or a napkin to remove excess fats. Such dish to sweet tea is served. As sauce it is possible to use sour cream.
