  • - 400 g of cottage cheese;
  • - 50 g of prunes;
  • - 2 tablespoons of sugar;
  • - vanillin to taste;
  • - 2 eggs;
  • - 3 tablespoons of flour;
  • - salt.

Instruction

1. Wipe cottage cheese in a bowl through a sieve. If it gentle, fresh, it can just be kneaded.

2. Add sugar, eggs, small cut prunes to cottage cheese. For aroma it is possible to add vanillin. Add salt to taste, mix.

3. Sugar is gradually dissolved, dough becomes more liquid. Now it is possible to add flour and to knead in dough.
