  • carrots – 2 pieces,
  • garlic – 3 cloves,

  • bell pepper – 10 pieces,
  • fennel seeds – 0.5 tablespoons,
  • marinade:
  • drinking water – 1.5 l,
  • vinegar – 1 article (6%),
  • vegetable oil – 1 article,
  • salt – 4 tablespoons,
  • sugar sand – 9 tablespoons.

Instruction

1. Forks of cabbage chop square pieces or as it is pleasant to you, the main thing not small.

2. Wash carrots and cut on thin disks. Exempt garlic from a peel, crush the flat party of a knife, crumble it small. Bitter chop pepper as it is possible more small.

3. Put the prepared cabbage, carrots, garlic in one capacity. Add bay leaves, fennel seeds, a carnation and bell pepper. Properly mix everything.

4. Further make marinade for cabbage. For this purpose a pan pour water, add vegetable oil, and vinegar. Then sugar and salt, bring the received structure to the boil.

5. Fill in cabbage with a warm marinade. Leave to be stood within three days, at the room temperature.

6. As soon as cabbage is ready, it can be distributed on jars. It is desirable to store pickled cabbage in the fridge.
