The cherry smell seldom leaves somebody indifferent. Cherry brandy differs in the unique aroma. During a season of berries liqueur can be made from fresh cherry, well and if outside the winter, then approaches also frozen.
Way first
Ingridiyeta:
- 400 g of cherry with stones;
- 400 g of sugar;
- 1 l of water;
- 2 segments of a lemon;
- vodka of 500 ml.
Preparation:
- Wash up, lay out cherry in the enameled ware and fill in with cold water.
- On slow fire to cook before boiling. After boiling to put segments of a lemon and sugar. Cook 10 minutes when boiling.
- Leave to cool down to room temperature.
- Filter syrup through a sieve. Mix with vodka.
- Put to the dark place for 2 weeks.
Way second
Ingredients:
- cherry of 600 g;
- vodka of 500 ml;
- sugar of 300 g;
- water of 100 ml;
- cherry leaves of 10 pieces.
Preparation:
- In bank to put cherry with stones and cherry leaves.
- Fill in with vodka.
- Close a cover, to bank to stir up and remove to the dark place for a week.
- Merge cherry infusion in separate capacity, close a cover and remove to the dark cool place.
- Fill up berries with sugar.
- Close a cover, stir up and remove to the dark place for 3 days.
- When all sugar to be dissolved, to pour syrup in bank with infusion.
- In berries to fill in water, to close a cover, to stir up.
- Drain water to infusion with syrup.
- Pour in a bottle for storage.
