  • 500 g of chicken fillet, 2 garlic gloves, 2-3 tablespoons of vegetable oil, 3 tablespoons of a soy-bean sauce, 1 tablespoon of honey, juice of one lime, 2-3 cm of a root of ginger, лемонграсс (lemon sorghum), ground paprika, vegetables (paprika, bean, asparagus, bamboo sprouts).


1. Cut chicken fillet thin straws.

2. Make marinade from juice of a lime, a soy-bean sauce, honey, garlic, a grated root of ginger, a lemongrass and hot pepper. Add it to fillet and leave to be pickled of half an hour till two o'clock.

3. Warm oil in a deep frying pan (it is better to take a wok) and to fry pieces of chicken within 2-3 minutes.

4. Add vegetables, the remained marinade (if it isn't enough, it is possible to add water or chicken broth) and to extinguish a dish until ready (15-20 minutes).

5. Give as an independent dish or garnished. As a garnish boiled rice, transparent rice noodles or a green salad best of all will approach. Enjoy your meal!
