  • chicken fillet - 650 grams
  • oat flakes - 3 glasses
  • bulb - 1 piece
  • red paprika - 1 piece
  • pumpkin - 650 grams
  • tomatoes of the average size (it is possible to replace with tomato paste) - 4 pieces
  • purified water - 4 St
  • lemon - 1 piece
  • vegetable oil - 2 tablespoons
  • salt - to taste
  • ground black pepper - to taste
  • fresh greens for ornament (at will)


1. We pass fillet via the meat grinder. We add three glasses of flakes and one slightly frothed eggs. We add a little salt to forcemeat and a sprinkling pepper (to taste, it is possible also without it), we mix. We leave for 15 minutes.

2. We do small cuts on tomatoes. We fill in for a while with boiled water. We husk. We cut the peeled tomatoes in cubes of the average size. We peel pumpkin, we cut in average cubes.

4. We pour in a half of water to vegetables, we add fire and we bring to the boil. We add pumpkin cubes and we cook without cover, periodically we stir slowly. After boiling of sauce we diminish fire. We pour in lemon juice and we season with spices. We cook 10 minutes. Then we pour in the remained water and we bring to the boil.

5. From forcemeat we mold meatballs. We fry on the warmed vegetable oil to an appetizing crust. We add the fried meatballs to sauce and we extinguish about half an hour.
