Instruction

1. Carefully wash out chicken legs under flowing water, dry by means of paper kitchen towels and put in a bowl.

2. Well wash out crude potatoes, clean from it a peel, then slice tubers thin round. Peel garlic gloves, cut everyone in half, take a green core. Crush cloves by means of a knife or miss via the garlic press.

3. Put in a package for roasting chicken legs, potatoes slices, garlic and spices. Tie a package by means of the collar going in a set. Then properly stir up contents - spices have to be distributed evenly on potato and chicken. Puncture with a knife a package from above in two places - it is necessary that openings came out steam.

4. Place a package for roasting on a baking tray and remove in a cold oven. Establish temperature of 200 wasps, preparation time - 40-50 minutes. After the end of preparation get a baking tray from an oven.

5. Shift a package for roasting in a dish (or leave on a baking sheet) and accurately cut a package. Be attentive, hot steam can escape from within.
