From the begun to ferment jam it is possible to make tasty domestic wine. It is possible to do such wine and from fresh jam, and it is possible to use any (strawberry, currant, cherry etc.). Such wine will keep aroma of fresh berries and has summer bright taste. It isn't difficult to make it at all: be necessary only a few ingredients and slightly patience.

It is required to you

  • jam – 1.5 kg;
  • sugar – 1 glass;
  • water – 1.5 l;
  • raisin – 1 tablespoon
  • Also it will be necessary for the instant recipe of wine from home-made jam for you:
  • rice – 200 g;
  • live yeast – 20 g.

Instruction

1. At first mix jam and water (warm, but not hot) in equal quantities. Add a half of a glass of sugar and all raisin (1 tablespoon). Pour out the turned-out mix in a 5 liter bottle (important that it occupied less than 75% of capacity).

2. Put on a rubber glove a bottle neck and make in it a hole through which there will be all excess gas.

3. Understand that process of fermentation is completed, it is possible on a glove. When it is blown off, wine can be filtered. For this purpose filter it through a piece of a gauze.

10. If jam old, but not begun to ferment, approaches such recipe. To put liter of the become candied jam in a large bottle of 3 liters. Pour there 120 grams of raisin and fill in warm, up to 40 degrees, with water. It is dense to close capacity the stopper wound by cotton wool and to leave to wander in the warm place. Approximately in 10 days to open a large bottle, to filter liquid in net capacity, to put on a rubber medical glove a throat and to leave for 1.5 months in the same place protected from light and a draft.
