- semolina – 50 гр.;

- pack butter ½;

We start preparation of fancy bread.

We pound granulated sugar and the softened desi before obtaining mass of a white shade. Then we add to them flour, semolina and properly we mix. Dough shouldn't stick to hands if it occurs, it is necessary to add still flour.

To taste it is possible to add the raisin which is previously wetted in water or dried apricots. Put paper for roasting in a form which can be used in the microwave oven and to lay out dough.
