Bright, fragrant, moderately hot sauce from tomatoes and horse-radish will decorate even a daily table, and on festive will become the king of the menu. Call this sauce shaking by simplicity and gustatory qualities differently: damn thing, hrenoder, cobra, etc.

It is required to you

  • - tomatoes - 1 kg;
  • - a horse-radish root - 150 g;
  • - salt, sugar - to taste;
  • - garlic - 3 segments.

Instruction

1. For preparation of snack from horse-radish and tomatoes the products need to be taken proceeding from own flavoring preferences. It is possible to put bigger amount of horse-radish and garlic or garlic not to add at all. To prepare a hrenoder of long-term storage, some hostesses add a table vinegar. Though this component will hardly make snack useful.

2. Prepare products as follows. Wash up tomatoes and dry. It isn't necessary peel them from a thin skin and seeds. Cut tomatoes any pieces. Peel garlic and put to tomatoes. Clean a root of horse-radish by means of a sharp knife or the peeler from a thin skin and cut circles. Miss all products prepared thus via the ordinary manual meat grinder. Or use the food processor. If desired this procedure can be repeated. Add granulated sugar and salt to the weight which is passed via the meat grinder 1-2 times. Try as it is pleasant more: it is possible to put more sugar, than salts, for example, or on the contrary.

3. Mix weight very carefully, trying to achieve full sugar remelting and salt. As tomatoes, as a rule, very juicy, weight will turn out liquid. Pour snack from horse-radish and tomatoes on jars and close the metal screwing-up covers. Such sauce well remains in the fridge, but a period of storage small.

4. For increase in a period of storage of a hrenoder the product can be sterilized directly in banks. For this purpose take a wide pan, put its kitchen towel on a bottom, previously having put it in several layers. Further carefully put on a pan bottom cups with sauce and from above put covers. Fill in banks with water so that it reached to banks "shoulders", and put on average fire. Sterilize within 15 minutes.
