During a hot summer season we especially want to indulge ourselves the refreshing drinks from berries or fruit. One of the most popular and tasty soft drinks is water-melon cold fruit punch – sparkling, juicy, unusually tasty and original. Beyond all doubt, it will become worthy decoration of a friendly party.
Ingredients (at the rate on 14-16 portions):
- Mature peach - 1 fruit;
- White semisweet wine – 0.75 l;
- Large watermelon;
- Cognac – 120 ml;
- Large grapes - 350 g;
- Dry white wine – 0.75 l;
- Granulated sugar - 90 g;
- Ripe green apples - 2 pieces;
- Fruit liqueur - 0.5 glasses;
- Ice cubes.
Preparation:
- Properly we wash out all stated fruit. Couple of apples and a peach is crushed by small segments.
- It is desirable to take grapes for cold fruit punch two grades – dark and light. We cut it halves.
- We spread fruit slices in a spacious bowl. We powder with granulated sugar (reed will come in handy) and we pour cognac. They will be followed by a dry wine.
- Carefully we will stir everything and we will send to the fridge, at least, for 2 hours: fruit have to start up juice.
- We cool the remained ingredients too – cold fruit punch is cooked only from cold products. At the same time we will prepare more ice cubes.
- Diligently we wash out watermelon. We allow it to dry, and then accurately we cut off "lid" of quite large diameter. Carefully we take pulp, trying not to damage a peel – subsequently our watermelon will turn into a huge vessel for giving of cold fruit punch.
- Attentively we separate sunflower seeds and we cut water-melon pulp medium-sized pieces. If you were lucky to have a special round spoon for desserts, it is possible to create beautiful balls.
- We shift cold fruit from a bowl in the prepared watermelon (also juice will go there). We throw water-melon slices then we pour wine and liqueur.
- Addition of ice cubes will become a final stroke. Them it will be required much - 2-3 handfuls. Well we mix – and fruit cold fruit punch is ready to please public!
