3. Fill in wheat for the night with boiled water of room temperature so that it covered the top layer on five-six centimeters.

4. Drain water in the morning, and wash out wheat. On a bottom of capacity lay damp fabric, spread out wheat to it a layer no more than three centimeters, and from above place one more layer of damp fabric.

5. Put ware with wheat to the warm place and, if necessary, humidify wheat.

6. If all of you made truly, on second day small sprouts have to appear. When they reach 2 mm – wheat is ready for consumption. Surely wash out it once again.

8. Drain water in the morning, wash out grains and pour to a glass jar.

9. Cover to bank with a gauze which fix by an elastic band.

10. Deliver to bank with wheat at an angle 45 degrees a bottom up. Sodden grains will be distributed on walls banks, and the gauze won't allow them to get enough sleep.

12. To receive 100 g of germinated wheat it is necessary to take 70 g of dry grains or 3.5 tablespoons. The minimum initial dose of reception of sprouts of wheat for the adult – 20 g or one tablespoon, a dose it is possible to increase gradually to 70 g.
