How to make gravy for rice

Wonderful aroma and taste gravy with dried and fresh mushrooms has, besides it very nutritive and will be to liking that who for any reasons doesn't eat meat. To prepare a dish, take the following products:

- 2 tablespoons of tomato paste;

- 1 small bulb;

- 1 garlic glove;

- 1 bay leaf;

- 10 g of dried mushrooms;

- 100 g of champignons;

- 0.5 cups of water;

- 50 g of milk;

- 1.5 tablespoons of flour;

- bay leaf;

- vegetable oil for frying.

Fill in dried mushrooms with water and leave for an hour, then take out them from water and cut on small pieces, salt, pepper and put back in water. Clean fresh champignons and cut thin plates, small crumble onions.

In a stewpan on vegetable oil fry onions and champignons till golden color, add to them small cut garlic and tomato paste, mix and continue to fry 2-3 more minutes. Then gradually pour flour into gravy, add dried mushrooms together with water and well stir.

When contents of a stewpan begin to boil, lower fire, cover capacity and leave to pine within 10 minutes. After that in mushroom gravy to rice pour in milk, add bay leaf, chopped greens and take on fire of 5-7 more minutes.
