Sea-buckthorn and orange fruit drink turns out refreshing and very useful. It can be drunk for prevention of catarrhal diseases. Also it well satisfies thirst.
It is required to you
- - colander;
- - sieve;
- - gauze;
- - strainer for filtering;
- - the enameled bowl;
- - wooden masher or spoon;
- - berries of a sea-buckthorn of 100-150 g;
- - oranges of 2 pieces;
- - sugar 1 glass;
- - water of 1.5 l;
- For ornament:
- - orange of 1 piece.
Instruction
1. Wash out berries of a sea-buckthorn in cold water and cast away them on a colander that all water flew down.
2. Drench oranges with boiled water. Then by means of a sharp grater husk. Fill in the received thin skin with boiled water and you cook 20-25 minutes on weak fire. To ready broth let's infuse within 25-30 minutes and filter through a strainer.
3. Shift berries of a sea-buckthorn and pulp of orange in the enameled bowl and knead a wooden masher or a spoon to separation of pulp from a thin skin and stones.
4. On a pan place a sieve, lay it a gauze in 2 layers. On a sieve lay out sea-buckthorn and orange weight. Leave for 15-20 minutes that juice flew down. Then wring out a gauze and remove a sieve.
5. From a thin skin of orange add sugar to broth and bring it to the boil, then cool. In the turned-out syrup pour in juice of a sea-buckthorn and orange, mix everything.
