  • - an anise, cardamom, cinnamon, essential oil of a rose - to taste;
  • - water - 75 ml.

Instruction

1. Divide sugar into two equal parts: one part is required for preparation of a fragrant sugar syrup. In a bucket pour in cold water, add one part - 40 grams - granulated sugar, put ground spices here, drip essential oil of a rose and from this mix weld syrup.

2. In a cauldron or a thick-walled pan connect flour and oil. Fry at constant stirring within 10 minutes. Put the rest of granulated sugar in this mix, mix and pour carefully, stirring slowly, the prepared sugar syrup.

3. You cook sweet weight on average or silent fire until weight doesn't become rather dense. It has to become plastic and when cools down enough that it was possible to pick up, from it it would be possible to roll a ball. Remove a cauldron from fire and cool a little.

4. Lay out weight on a wide flat dish and divide into 20 parts. Having used small molds for candies, chocolate or for ice create figures. Or roll small balls. Completely cool halvah before giving.
