For preparation of hummus from sprouts of chick-pea it is required (main products):

  • germinated chick-pea (Turkish or mutton peas) - 250 g;
  • olive or linseed oil - 50-70 g;
  • lemon juice - 1 lemon;
  • garlic - 3 cloves, or to taste;
  • cumin, coriander, turmeric, cilantro (if only cilantro - 50 g, a bunch);
  • sesame paste (tkhina) or sesame seeds;

Other, additional ingredients can be added to taste, the main thing, to consider compatibility of products. Main products are stated above, the following can be varied to the taste:

  • parsley,
  • onions,
  • fennel,
  • chili pepper,
  • sea cabbage,
  • green onions,
  • avocado,
  • pine nuts,
  • olives,
  • carrots,
  • celery,
  • feta cheese.

It is very simple to cook hummus from chick-pea sprouts. At first it is necessary to couch chick-pea. When chick-pea sprouted, it is possible to start preparation of hummus.

Sprouts need to be put in the blender, to add ingredients (the main ingredients are specified by the list, it is the recipe of classical hummus, but to taste it is possible to add also other products, additional, from the second list) and to mix in the blender to homogeneous mass. If process in the blender goes hard, it is possible to add a little water to mix. 

Any recipe of hummus can be made not of boiled, and of germinated chick-pea. Hummus from sprouts of chick-pea turns out fresher to taste, in it there are more nut shades of taste. It is the fine recipe for syroyed.

Serve hummus to bread or pita, it is also possible to use it as snack for meat or vegetables.
