Instruction

1. Unground buckwheat is suitable for preparation of nonmilk buckwheat cereal more. Measure 1 glass without hill and carefully touch grain.

2. Wash out buckwheat several times, changing water. Dry grain, and then calcinate it in a frying pan without fat. Don't forget to stir slowly constantly. It is necessary to fry unground buckwheat until it doesn't become golden-brown.
