The recipe of pickling of the frozen mackerel

It will be required to you:

- frozen mackerel, 3 pieces; - onions, 1 head;

- garlic, 3 cloves; - sugar, 1 h spoon; - salt, 1 tablespoon; - vinegar (9%), 3 tablespoons; - vegetable oil, 2 tablespoons; - sprinkling pepper, 1 pinch; - bell pepper, 6 pieces; - bay leaf, 5 pieces.

Carefully wash out a mackerel, clean from scales and cut on large pieces, put in a deep saucepan. During this time fish shouldn't be defrozen. Small cut a bulb and crush garlic, put to fish. Add salt, sugar, vinegar, oil and spices there, mix. Fish spread out on banks (or put in one big) and remove during cold for day.
