How to make plums jam in the multicooker

Plum jam in the multicooker is a tasty preparation for which creation it isn't necessary to put a lot of effort.

It is required to you

  • 1 kilogram of Hungarian plums or any other grade,
  • half of kilogram of sugar,
  • 2 pinches of citric acid.

Instruction

1. We fill plums in a volume pan and we wash out in water. We delete from stone berries.

2. We pour plums into the multicooker. We don't grease a bowl, plums will give juice.

3. We fill up berries with a half of kilogram of sugar, we add citric acid. If near at hand there is no citric acid, then it is replaced with a teaspoon of lemon juice.

4. On the multicooker we include ""Suppression"" and we leave for 20 minutes. Berries for that time will give juice and will change color. After a sound signal we switch off the multicooker and we open a cover. We leave berries alone, let will cool down.

5. Approximately in half an hour we turn on the multicooker on ""Suppression"" and we cook plums ten more minutes. We switch off the multicooker, we open a cover, let berries will cool down (20-25 minutes). After cooling we include suppression for ten minutes. Jam to be cooked for three approaches.

6. Tasty plum jam in the multicooker is ready. We display jam on the scalded jars and we twist the scalded covers. We overturn all jars and we leave for cooling.
