It is required to you

  • - pumpkin - 400 g;
  • - dried apricots - 200 g;
  • - water - 1.6 l;
  • - sugar - 100 g;
  • - starch - 1 tablespoon.

Instruction

1. First of all it is necessary to wash out pumpkin. Then from a surface of this vegetable derind, and from within - seeds. Knife that pulp which remained on pieces of pretty large size.

2. Too carefully wash out dried apricots, then wet in hot water for some time then crush a knife, having cut on big pieces.

3. Pour into a suitable pan one and a half liters of a clear water and finish it, having put on a plate, before boiling. After boiling enter the crushed pumpkin and dried apricots there. You cook the received mix until until the added ingredients are softened.

4. Then place the softened dried apricots and pumpkin in a bowl of the blender and turn into uniform puree. Add granulated sugar to the received weight. Mix everything to full sugar remelting then put on a plate and cook within 5-7 minutes. By the way, if to add a small amount of vanillin in this kissel, then it will impact to drink additional relish.
