Instruction

1. Recipe of the test for skanets very simple: you need 300 grams of sour cream, 100 grams of a desi, 2 eggs, 1 tsp of salt, 300 grams of rye flour. Mix flour with a desi, add sour cream, eggs and salt. Knead very much stiffdough. Then divide dough into parts. Roll parts in big flat cakes and fry on both sides in sunflower oil. For a change fill skanets with the rice porridge cooked on milk. Serve a hot dish to coffee.

2. There is a recipe of skanets with use of rye and wheat flour. Take 300 l of milk (curdled milk, kefir, sour cream), 200 grams of rye flour, 100 grams wheat, salt to taste. In the beginning add a salt pinch to milk. Then pour in milk in a part of flour. Knead dough the end of a rolling pin, without touching it by hands. You can dilute kefir and curdled milk with water as necessary. In process of mixing spread dough on a table. Add flour and continue to mix.
