New Year's Hill salad distinguishes very delicate flavor of the chicken fillet which is ideally combined with champignons and cheese. And a little fresh cucumber give to a dish freshness. Salad so appetizing what is wanted to put in a plate more and more.
It is required to you
- - 200 g of chicken breast;
- - 200 g of fresh champignons;
- - 30 g of walnuts;
- - 2 eggs;
- - 50 g of a hard cheese;
- - 3 tablespoons of low-fat mayonnaise;
- - 1 fresh cucumber of the small size;
- - lettuce leaves for decoration of a dish;
- - lemon for decoration of a dish;
- - vegetable oil for roasting of mushrooms;
- - salt to taste.
Instruction
1. Boil chicken breast in the added some salt water, then cool and cut with small pieces - the more small, the better.
2. Boil eggs, cool in cold water that the shell was well cleaned, clean and grate in a separate plate.
3. Wash up champignons, dry a kitchen towel, cut on small slices and fry in vegetable oil before emergence of beautiful brown color. Merge oil, and cool fried mushrooms.
4. Wash up a cucumber, rub off, cut with rather short straws. The peel can be not deleted if it is not bitter. Rub cheese on a grater.
5. Mix chicken fillet, cucumbers, fried mushrooms, grated eggs and cheese. Add mayonnaise and salt to taste. On a plate put the washed-up lettuce leaves, lay New Year's Hill salad on them, from above strew with the crushed walnuts. Around the hill place beautifully circles of a fresh cucumber and a lemon.
