How to make squash in the test

Squash in the test, or in batter, are very simple and fast in preparation. Low caloric content of squash, high gustatory qualities and existence in them of a large number of mineral substances, useful to an organism, will make them a fine dish on your table.

It is required to you

  • 3 young squash of the average size;
    • vegetable oil;
    • 1/2 cups of milk or cream;
    • 5 tablespoons of flour;
    • 2 eggs;
    • mayonnaise;
    • garlic;
    • salt
    • pepper

Instruction

1. Wash squash and cut ringlets about 0.5 cm thick. If you wish, previously you can cut off from them a crust. Then make batter, for this purpose shake up two eggs with milk and a half of a teaspoon of salt. Squash aren't salted therefore salt is put in batter. Having shaken up mix, add to it flour and well mix.

2. Put a frying pan on fire, pour some vegetable oil. When oil gets warm, dip segments of squash into batter and spread on a frying pan. The density of batter has to be such that it didn't flow down from squash.

3. Fry squash, periodically overturning them in a frying pan. At the correct frying the beautiful ruddy crust has to be formed, but you watch that segments of squash didn't burn.

4. Ready squash can be given on a table, having strewed with greens. But it is desirable to flavor them with sauce as differently they turn out quite dryish and leavened. Make sauce on the basis of mayonnaise. Lay out the necessary amount of mayonnaise (define it) in a plate, add some pepper and other spicery – here you can experiment. Not bad, in particular, special shashlik seasonings from mix of pepper and other ingredients approach.

5. Grate and add several segments of garlic to sauce. Well mix, strew with fennel and parsley. Serving a ready-to-eat meal, you can sauce squash at once or put a cup with it separately that each person at a table added it to taste.

6. It is possible to alter the recipe several: pour out sauce on a frying pan to already fried squash, add a third of a glass of boiled water or milk. Let's a dish of minutes 5-7 boil on weak fire. In this case squash will turn out very soft and juicy. Such way is recommended and in case squash were obviously overroasted.

7. Squash in batter in itself are a fine dish, but it is even better to give them with a boiled or fried fish, boiled meat, chops, cutlets.
