The beef baked in a foil is appetizing, tasty, fragrant. Special culinary skills for roasting of gravy beef aren't required. You need only a steak, spices and a foil. And to enhance aroma of baked beef, don't forget to stuff it with garlic segments.
It is required to you
- - fat cutting of beef — 1 kg,
- - seasoning for meat,
- - salt,
- - dried fennel,
- - mix of pepper,
- - mustard – 4 tsps,
- - garlic head,
- - foil.
Instruction
1. Wash a baking plate with flowing water a piece of beef. Dry paper towels. Prepare a foil cut.
2. For preparation of the beef baked in a foil get all necessary ingredients. Stuff with segments of garlic meat, doing deep cuts by a knife. Salt beef, rub with pepper and seasonings, water with mustard. Lay a product in a baking tray on a foil for roasting. Cover with the free end of a foil.
3. Put to bake in an oven for 2 hours at a temperature of 220 wasps. At the end, before getting baked beef, open a foil for 15-20 minutes and again put meat in an oven.
4. Shift the ready beef baked in a foil to a cutting board and cut on slices 1.5-2 cm wide. Merge juice from roasting from a foil in a sauce tureen.
5. The beef baked in a foil is served with fresh vegetable salads, fried vegetables or buckwheat cereal.
