Sabelnik since ancient times apply at diseases of joints, a liver, gynecologic diseases and not only. Properties of this surprising plant are studied still. In traditional medicine tincture of a sabelnik which can be prepared in house conditions is widely used.

- Alcoholature:
- - rhizomes of a sabelnik - 50 g;
- - vodka - 0.5 l.
- Water infusion:
- - a grass of a sabelnik - 1 tablespoon;
- - water - 1 glass.
Instruction
1. For preparation of an alcoholature take 50 g of rhizomes of a sabelnik and fill in 0.5 l of good vodka. Deliver to bank to the dark place for 21 days indoors with room temperature, every other day stir up. During this time biologically active curative agents of a plant will pass into tincture.
2. After term merge ready tincture through several layers of a gauze and wring out raw materials. The alcoholature of a sabelnik is ready. Use it from 1 tea to 1 tablespoon - the dose is defined individually, three times a day before food. It is desirable to part it in a glass of water. At diseases of joints together with intake use tincture outwardly, rubbing sore joints and warming them after rubbing in.
3. At intolerance of an alcoholature of a sabelnik, for example, at stomach diseases, prepare water infusion. Fill in 1 tablespoon of a grass of a sabelnik with 1 glass of boiled water and insist in a thermos 1.5-2 hours. Use 1/3 glasses three times a day in 20 minutes prior to food.
