- salt;

- fresh or dried greens.

In a deep frying pan or a stewpan pour olive oil, put small chopped garlic in capacity and fry it on slow fire 3-4 minutes. Add the crushed onions to garlic and within 10-12 minutes you weary it on slow fire. Finally vegetables have to become soft and translucent.

- 250 ml of broth (it is possible to take any, though vegetable, though meat);

- 30 g of a desi;

- 1 tablespoon of flour;

- 1 small carrots;

- 1 bulb;

- 2 tomatoes;

- 1 h sugar spoon;

- pinch of dried parsley;

- ground black pepper;

- salt;

- bay leaf.

In a stewpan kindle oil, fill in broth, add flour and bring to the boil.

In a frying pan on vegetable oil fry small cut onions and carrots till golden color, add to them the ground tomatoes and you weary on slow fire until all vegetables don't become soft.

Shift frying pan contents in a stewpan to broth, mix everything, add parsley, pepper, sugar, bay leaf, salt and once again bring weight to the boil. Tasty tomato sauce is ready.
