  • cream (dense) - 120 ml
  • hard cheese - 120 g

Take 4 potatoes of the average size and carefully wash up them.

Accurately make a knife vertical cuts. The cut needs to be done not up to the end, leaving a small part integral.

Cut a desi and a Parmesan cheese pieces of the small size. Serially enclose them in potatoes cuts.
