Did you buy fresh cottage cheese, but nobody wants to eat it? It is possible to prepare quite simple, but very tasty and appetizing dish – a cheese-and-curd cake which can be diversified, having added to it some berry or a little lemon dried peel. The amazing aroma of vanilla proceeding from pastries, undoubtedly will lead all members of household to a table.

It is required to you

  • 5 kg. cottage cheese,
    • 100 гр. desi,
    • 2-3 eggs,
    • 2 tablespoons of semolina
    • salt
    • sugar
    • vanilla sugar
    • cinnamon,
    • bread crumbs,
    • berries (on your taste and a discretion)


1. It is good to wash and break eggs in a bowl.

2. Add sugar (to taste if you love sweet, then ½ glasses) in eggs and properly to shake up before foam texturization.

3. There we add a salt pinch, vanilla sugar and it is a little cinnamon, we shake up.

4. Lay out cottage cheese and 2 tablespoons of semolina in a bowl.

5. Kindle a desi in a bucket on very slow fire, cool and pour out in a bowl. Carefully to mix everything before formation of homogeneous dense mass without lumps.

6. Prepare a form for roasting, previously having greased it with a desi and having strewed with bread crumbs. Lay out the prepared mix in a form for roasting. From above to lay out berries and to press a little them into weight.
