Julienne is a traditional French dish which is cooked from mushrooms. But if you want to diversify the holiday table, it is possible to make a julienne and of shrimps.
It is required to you
- Shrimps freshly frozen – 1.5 kilograms;
- onions – 2 pieces;
- garlic – 2 segments;
- sour cream of-300 grams;
- flour – 3 tablespoons;
- cheese – 300 grams;
- salt – to taste.
Instruction
1. Freshly frozen shrimps carefully wash out, fill in with water, salt, put on slow fire and you cook until ready. Approximately cooking time – 30-40 minutes.
