Julienne is a traditional French dish which is cooked from mushrooms. But if you want to diversify the holiday table, it is possible to make a julienne and of shrimps.

It is required to you

  • Shrimps freshly frozen – 1.5 kilograms;
    • onions – 2 pieces;
    • garlic – 2 segments;
    • sour cream of-300 grams;
    • flour – 3 tablespoons;
    • cheese – 300 grams;
    • salt – to taste.

Instruction

1. Freshly frozen shrimps carefully wash out, fill in with water, salt, put on slow fire and you cook until ready. Approximately cooking time – 30-40 minutes.
