- - several tablespoon of olive oil
- - 1 tsps of mustard
- - 1 tablespoons of balsam vinegar
- - salt, pepper, greens to taste
Instruction
1. Wash up a lemon in flowing water, cut it on 2 half, squeeze out juice of one part. In a bowl mix lemon juice, olive oil, vinegar, salt, pepper and mustard, well mix everything.
2. Wash out fillet of a salmon, cut it on average accurate pieces and place in marinade which was made at the first stage. You keep in marinade 1 hour.
3. Oil a lattice vegetable, put on it the pickled pieces of a salmon, and then fry, constantly overturning that the salmon completely prepared.
4. Wash out raw vegetables, cut small straws paprika. In a pan pour water, boil it, salt. After that add pepper, peas and haricot to a pan. When vegetables begin to boil, take out them a skimmer.
5. On a plate lay out a ready piece of a salmon, nearby put a garden sauce, strew all with greens and give to a table.
