How to prepare a sharp hrenoder from tomatoes and horse-radish for the winter

Spicy snack from ripe tomatoes, horse-radish and garlic enjoys wide popularity in our country. People thought up a set of creative names for this dish: damn thing, cobra, вырвиглаз, hogwash, hrenoder and other. It is very simple to make such snack for the winter, having used the classical recipe.

Ingredients necessary for preparation of snack:

- 350 grams of backs of horse-radish:

- 1 kg of ripe and soft tomatoes;

- 5-10 garlic gloves;

- 30 grams of salt;

- hot red pepper at will;

- 25-30 grams of sugar (if necessary).

We prepare a hrenoder for the winter:

1. The washed-up tomatoes need to be knifed sharp on quarter timbers. To clean the washed-out backs of horse-radish from a firm top peel. Garlic needs also to be cleaned. The amount of garlic gloves depends on that how sharp the hrenoder has to turn out.  

2. Then the prepared products need to be processed on the meat grinder or to crush in the blender.

3. Mix pyurirovanny tomatoes with the crushed horse-radish and garlic, fans of sharp can add a little paprika.

4. It is necessary to add salt to the received sharp weight, and sugar should be added in case tomatoes kislit.
