It is required to you

  • - 500 grams of pork,
  • - 4 average bulbs,
  • - 500 ml of tomato juice,
  • - salt to taste,
  • - black sprinkling pepper to taste,
  • - curry to taste,
  • - paprika to taste,
  • - ground coriander to taste.
  • - allspice small peas to taste.

Instruction

1. For a shish kebab we use bulbs of the average size. It is possible to take small, but the quantity will need to be increased. We cut the cleaned bulbs averages on thickness ringlets.

2. Meat is washed well out and we dry paper towels or napkins. We cut meat portion pieces. Too largely it isn't necessary to cut. We season meat I will merge also spices from the list of ingredients, we mix. If desired it is possible to add any other spices.
