How to prepare a stuffing for pie from cabbage

It is required to you

  • white cabbage;
    • onions;
    • vegetable oil;
    • salt;
    • sugar;
    • desi;
    • fresh fennel;
    • eggs;

Instruction

1. Clean onions and cut it half rings. Put a frying pan with vegetable oil on weak fire, lay out on it onions, add a pinch of sugar and salt. You stew onions until it becomes transparent. Cut cabbage long thin strips. Cut these strips across on pieces no more than two-three centimeters long. If to cut cabbage for a stuffing this way, the stuffing won't last from pie at nibble. Put the chopped cabbage in a pan, fill in with boiled water, salt. Put a pan with cabbage on strong fire, bring to the boil and you cook within five minutes. Cast away cabbage on a colander and wash with cold water. Wring out cabbage and lay out it on a frying pan with onions. Add several small pieces of a desi to cabbage, mix and you extinguish a stuffing until oil is dissolved. Remove a cabbage stuffing from fire and cool. Cook several hard boiled eggs. Small cut eggs and fennel, mix them with the cooled-down cabbage stuffing. If necessary you dosolit a stuffing and add to it ground black pepper.

2. Cut in half a head of cabbage and remove from it cabbage stump. Put cabbage in a pan with hot water for ten minutes and cover. Hard-boil several eggs, cool them and small cut. Drain water, cool cabbage and chop it. Small cut a large bulb, rub average carrot on a grater. Slightly fry vegetables on vegetable oil. Add cabbage to vegetables, mix and you extinguish a baking plate a cover on slow fire within fifteen minutes. You watch that cabbage didn't burn and I remained transparent. Add to a cabbage stuffing chopped eggs, salt and pepper to taste. You can season a stuffing with fresh fennel.
