- turkey (fillet) - 400 grams,
- champignons - 200 grams,
- one bulb,
- water - 70 ml,
- cream 15-tiprotsentny - 200 ml,
- vegetable oil - 3 tablespoons,
- it is a little salt, a dried basil and pepper.
Instruction
1. We cut a turkey average pieces. We warm vegetable oil and we fry pieces of a turkey to a golden crust.
2. We add onions ringlets to the fried meat. Onions can be cut not only ringlets, but also cubes to whom as it is more convenient. In a minute we add the cut champignons to a frying pan (it is possible to use any other mushrooms). We mix and continue to prepare 5 more minutes. In a frying pan we pour in 70 ml of warm water, we cover and we extinguish on small fire about ten minutes. Meat has to turn out soft.
3. We open a cover and we pour in warm cream, we salt a little and we pepper to the taste, we mix. We continue to prepare a turkey five minutes on average fire, sauce has to thicken a little (if sauce turned out very dense, then dilute it with hot water and warm up a little).
4. In portion plateaus we display a garnish - potato, pasta or rice (that you love). On each garnished plateau about one-two spoons of a stewed turkey with sauce are spread. We decorate with branches of fresh parsley and we give on a table.
