How to prepare baguettes in the bread machine

Tasty, fragrant and fresh pastries with a crisp can be made in the bread machine directly for a breakfast. Except this remarkable device, preparation of mini-baguettes requires very few ingredients: salt, flour, yeast and water.

It is required to you

  • - water - 1 glass;
  • - wheat flour - 420 g;
  • - a yeast powder - 2 teaspoons;
  • - salt - 1 teaspoon.

Instruction

1. Put ingredients for preparation of baguettes in a bread machine container in the following order: water, salt, flour and yeast. Water use warm.

2. Put capacity with products in the bread machine. Choose the Baguette program and color of a crust - weak. Press the start-up button.

3. Get dough from a container after the second signal. Remove blades of the mixer and divide weight into 4 equal parts from which create 4 small baguettes of an oval form.

4. Lay out the prepared bars on a special two-story baking tray. From above make 3-4 cuts on diagonal. Moisten a test surface with water.

5. Put a baking tray in the bread machine, press the button of start-up and wait when baguettes prepare. Let's buns cool down, without removing them from a baking sheet.
