It is required to you

  • - champignons;
  • - Parmesan cheese;
  • - cream (33% of fat content);

  • - olive oil;
  • - parsley;
  • - salt;
  • - pepper.

Instruction

1. For a start carefully wash out and dry up about 150 grams of champignons, previously having removed the coarsened parts of a hat. Cut mushrooms thin plates and put them in a separate bowl.

2. Now well wash out 200 grams of chicken fillet and cut it into cubes the average size. Put fillet in a plate.

3. For preparation of a dish you need also 500 grams of wide paste. Pour water in an average pan and put it on fire, having adjusted the largest power. Wait until water begins to boil, and add to it 2 spoons of olive oil, salt and pepper, mix everything.

4. Wait when water begins to boil again, throw paste into a pan and you cook it no more than 5 minutes. After the expiration of this time drain water from a pan.

5. Now take 50 grams of a Parmesan cheese and rub it on a small grater. Shift cheese in a separate plateau.

6. Well wash out 10 grams of fresh parsley and dry up. Small chop greens and move it to a free bowl.

7. Cut off a small piece of a desi and put it in a frying pan, put it on average fire. Wait when oil melts, and add earlier prepared champignons to a frying pan. Fry them, occasionally stirring slowly until liquid leaves and mushrooms don't get a golden crust.

8. Put the cut chicken fillet in the same frying pan and continue to cook mushrooms and chicken, without forgetting to stir slowly. In the course of cooking, meat has to get a pink crust and to become soft. Strew all with pepper and salt, and then fill in ingredients in a frying pan with cream (150 ml).

9. Increase fire and wait when weight begins to boil again. After that strew a third of a grated cheese here and well mix everything. You extinguish a dish until it doesn't become dense.

10. Now it is possible to give fetuchin. Take a flat plate, on a bottom lay out boiled paste, from above water with creamy sauce with pieces of chicken fillet and champignons. Decorate top of a dish with the remained grated cheese.
